[Bug]: Recently added using date modified only works for albums and not tracks

Current Behavior

When using "RecentlyAddedByModTime=true" it functions as expected but only for albums.

Expected Behavior

I'd expect it to also function for tracks as well.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Use any music playing client
2. In tracks sort it by date added
3. Every client will sort it by creation date and not modification date

Environment

- Client: Feishin on Windows 11
- Client: Stream Music on IOS

How Navidrome is installed?

I'm probably part of a minority that listens to their music this way so I'm not sure if this is expected function or not.

So it somewhat works, but not as I expected it to. Tracks are now grouped by album modified time. So if I have one track from 2 years ago and one track from 2 days ago that are part of the same album, the track from 2 years ago will show up 2 days ago along side the new one. When I sort my tracks by recently added using anything else, including jellyfin, tracks are sorted individually by the time they were modified. Another thing is that some of them just throw up errors when trying to get the date modified time.
