Refactor components and props

Changes names of the components, props and language used within the components from norwegian to english.

Rewrite the main components from react components to functional components. Remove non major
functionality, simplify focus logic, remove validation and aria-valid on dateinput. Clarify dateStrings with own types. Add tests.
