I am trying to see if your solution can upscale an image by itself. Never mind, I will use the Comfy template instead. |

Hi @doogyhatts You need to select the correct paths in the application's settings. This application doesn't require Comfyui; installation is done via setup, everything is installed automatically.

Hello and thanks for the app. At first it is not working at all. Initially i install it on the G:\ disk, and found that Runtime Path setting was a bit mixed. Some was linking with G:\ but some was linked with C:. I make several attempts to make it work, but even after adjusting all of them to G:\ - still was no success. Then i unistall and install again, but to default C:\ location. And it starts working as intended. I use v1.9.47b version. |

Hi @Manofjesus Thank you. You can change the paths in the settings section; select the installation locations and it should work without problems. The settings section will be fixed in the new version.

This is after installing v.1.9.54b, i think some wrong link or path. I found it manually and run it as usual. |

After some combinations of settings i make first preview render, but it is full of some mertics |

Set tile debug to false; this is to know the location of the tiles. I will try to fix the other bugs. |

I check all combination with DIT model 7B FP16 with all Attentiors, the error message happens with sage_attn_3, all other four attentiors works ok with this DIR model. |

I additionally check all combination with DIT model 7B sharp FP16, 3B FP8, 3B Q8 with all attentiors, the error message happens with sage_attn_3, all other four attentiors works ok with these DIR models, so it is look like some problem with sage_attn_3 |

Try to use Split View for preview, but after pressing button nothing happens. Fullscreen preview works ok. |

Hints language for these 3 fields (CPU/GPU) changed to Turkish (maybe)?

Also an idea, is it possible to make optional for this "downloading python_embeded.7z ~2.67 GB directly from HuggingFace", because everytime when i reinstalling it start this downloading again :))) and taking a long time to download, but it is already there (i mean this python in your app folder), you know :) |

At first glance most of today's bugs are fixed, just a cosmetic correction left for "MODEL _BLOCKSWOP" and "OFFLOAD _PERFORMANCE". Now app is quite stable and usable, i see you dim some attentiors, looks ok. Going to test it more on mixed kind of footages. Will reply later. Great job and the result is VEEEERY PROMISING, well done !!! |

Thank you for choosing 1-Click SeedVR 2.5! Please read the following details carefully before and after installing the application.
📥 Automated Dependency Downloads
AI Models & Python Environment: The installer will automatically download the necessary core AI model weights (models.zip ~3.99 GB) and the pre-configured embedded Python environment (python_embeded.7z ~2.67 GB) directly from HuggingFace.
Duration Notice: Due to the large size of these high-fidelity assets, the downloading and extraction process may take some time depending on your internet connection speed and storage performance. Please do not close the installation wizard until it is fully complete.
Shortcut: Once the setup finishes successfully, a launch shortcut icon will automatically appear on your Desktop.
⚙️ Environment & Path Configuration
All-In-One Portability: Everything required to run the tool—including FFmpeg, SeedVR2 core architectures, and all specialized Python packages—is completely self-contained within the application directory.
Zero External Dependencies: You do not need to manually install Python, CUDA toolkits, or any other external software on your system.
Custom Installation Directory: If you choose to install this software into a custom directory rather than the default path, make sure to open the Settings panel inside the application GUI upon your first launch and verify that all internal paths are pointed correctly to your custom location.
