📱 Mobile Fixes

• Touch Scrolling Restored: Fixed an issue where the new drag-and-drop system was blocking natural page scrolling. You can now scroll lists freely.
• Long-Press to Reorder: Implemented a reliable "Hold & Drag" gesture (250ms delay). Simply hold a note, folder, or image for a moment to pick it up and move it.
• Sidebar "Close" Button: Resolved a layering issue that made the 'X' button in the mobile menu unclickable.
• Gesture Reliability: Improved the separation between swipe gestures (for images) and scroll gestures.
