  • Start a comparison without an open file: choose the first file and then the second.
  • Save edits with Ctrl/Cmd+S, including when focus is inside the editable comparison pane.
  • Use the new Save changes in comparison view command from the command palette or hotkey settings.
  • Added fixture-based coverage for equal, changed, added, and removed rows, including inline token highlighting.
  • Reduced line-number width and softened diff-cell borders.
