Final patch milestone for Prompt. Fixes language switching so in-session state survives preference write failures, isolates CLI preference tests, cleans stale implementation plans and redundant comments, removes unsupported organization naming and the obsolete logo asset, and updates the released docs/nbtcal integrations. Verified with 622 tests, TypeScript build, CLI contract tests, npm audit, and an isolated install of the 74-file release tarball.
