New Features

Settings panel: UI scale slider (0.5x-2.0x) and auto-start toggle
Settings accessible via right-click context menu on the capsule
Position memory: main panel position saved and restored across restarts
Auto-start toggle manages LaunchAgent enable/disable

Bug Fixes

UI scale now fully reactive: affects all elements including dots, satellites, tooltips, and padding
Auto-start toggle: fixed removal with launchctl bootout --force
