A user reported the following issue with autocomplete on the NPDX ontology:
Hello, when I use the form autocomplete, it is pulling up old terms that are no longer in my ontology as duplicates.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to the Classes tab for NPDX
- Type "Alzheimer" in the "Jump to" search box
- Observe that the result list contains several entries with
ALZHEIMER in all caps at the top
- Click one of them (e.g., "ALZHEIMERS TYPE II GLIA")
Expected: Only classes that exist in the ontology appear in autocomplete; selecting one navigates to that class.
Actual: Capitalized variants appear in the results, and selecting one returns a 404.
Additional context:
Where are these entries coming from?
