Autocomplete search results contain entries for non-existent classes #227

Description

@jvendetti

A user reported the following issue with autocomplete on the NPDX ontology:

Hello, when I use the form autocomplete, it is pulling up old terms that are no longer in my ontology as duplicates.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the Classes tab for NPDX
  2. Type "Alzheimer" in the "Jump to" search box
  3. Observe that the result list contains several entries with ALZHEIMER in all caps at the top
  4. Click one of them (e.g., "ALZHEIMERS TYPE II GLIA")

Expected: Only classes that exist in the ontology appear in autocomplete; selecting one navigates to that class.

Actual: Capitalized variants appear in the results, and selecting one returns a 404.

Where are these entries coming from?
