ClefInspect v1.2 release for Windows 10 / 11 with .NET 8.0.

Distributed as a zip archive. You need to install .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0 to run ClefInspect.

The only difference between v1.2 and v1.1 is the .NET Runtime Version.
