SQL Pro v0.4.0

Add import, export and table multi-select (v0.4.0)

- Export tables as SQL or CSV, with a column selection option (Shift+Cmd+E).
- Export selected rows from the content view and query results.
- Import a CSV file into a table, and run a SQL file on a database.
- Select many tables in the sidebar. Export, truncate and drop act on all of them.
- Update sqlx to 0.9 and Tauri to 2.12. Rust 1.99 is now needed.
- Diagram relation fixes.
