Fixes

  • Health checks now keep primary article checks on providers with established connections instead of reserving work for providers with no usable sockets, preventing checks from lingering at 99%.
  • Stalled health-check batches now retry only unresolved articles with another provider and fail within a bounded time if no provider completes them.
