Fixes

• Lazy RAR mounting now handles releases with small companion files before the main spanning video, avoiding a slow eager scan of every archive volume.
• Lazy RAR preparation now tolerates inaccurate NZB segment sizes when matching PAR2 and yEnc metadata agree, while conflicting metadata still falls back safely.
• Full health verification waits for archive preparation to finish when processors are active, preventing the two workloads from starving each other or producing unstable provider results.
