What changed

• nmts put paying from your wallet into a storage resource the wallet already holds carried the
  write price it read when the upload was reviewed, and paid exactly that at signing. If Walrus
  storage nodes changed the price in between, the chain refused the registration before anything was
  charged. The price is now read when the transaction is signed.

From the registry:

Node 22 or newer. Nothing is compiled by a C compiler and there is no native build
step; the encryption engine is a WebAssembly module carried in the package.
