Charge Controller and achieve wireless Connection

Pls help, I want to charge and still be connected.

Issues

With Pc: Controller become "USB Gamepad",
basically different or same controller but another instance or driver.
very bad experience in some games like pes 2017.

Power bank and other sources: Dirupts Bluetooth connection.
I use latest version (pre releases) and Control App V3

at least can you later achieve same driver instance on PC for dualshock 3 (wired and wireless) ?

This has nothing to do with drivers and software, the controller simply doesn't support what you're after, the end.
