Things3 Pages 0.1.4
Standardises the plugin display name and product references as Things3 Pages and Things3.
Highlights
- Mirror the Things3 Inbox, projects, and areas as ordinary Markdown pages.
- Synchronise project notes, task titles and statuses, headings, and checklists in both directions.
- Link projects in area pages to their project pages and create missing pages in a chosen folder.
- Complete or cancel projects from area pages, with unfinished-task review before the status is written.
- Rename Things containers and Markdown files from either side.
- Merge concurrent Markdown and Things changes without a conflict dialog.
- Use manual synchronisation by default or configure scheduled automatic synchronisation.
- Find every plugin setting through Obsidian’s settings search on version 1.13 or later.
- Keep deletion, terminal project status, and ordering changes behind explicit safeguards.
- Edit pages on mobile and merge them through a designated Mac.
Requirements
- macOS
- Obsidian 1.5.0 or later
- Things3
- The bundled
Things-Pages HelperShortcut for headings, heading placement, and checklist content
Important limitations
- The plugin runs only on macOS.
- Exact task ordering is experimental and off by default.
- Existing Things headings cannot be reordered from Markdown.
- All mirrored pages use narrowly scoped, read-only access to Things’ local database for checklist data; project and area pages use additional metadata.
See the repository README for installation, permissions, safety behaviour, and usage.
