better spam identification
bug fixes in UI / UX (<20ms rule)
- message paging prefetched ahead of the scroll
- holding Page Down no longer degrades over long lists
read-only folders fail cleanly, not with a rejected STORE
background workers switched to low priority
changed logging - off = silent console
added stall detector + paging timings for diagnostics (when logging enabled)

Gravatar icons for senders

option to display Gravatar images added as dead code
not enabled and not implemented in the UI
probably will be removed again due to potential privacy issues (even if set to disabled by default, unsuspecting user can turn it on)
