🚀 confb v0.1.2 — Default Config Quality-of-Life

This release makes confb simpler to use out of the box by introducing a default configuration path and aligning the CLI, man pages, and docs accordingly.

✨ What’s New

• Default config path: if -c/--config is not provided, confb now uses:

  ~/.config/confb/confb.yaml
  

  You can still override via -c or CONFB_CONFIG=/path/to/confb.yaml.
• Env & expansion support: ~ and environment variables are expanded; CONFB_CONFIG respected.
• Help & man pages updated: --help and generated man pages document the default path and examples without -c.
• Docs refresh: README and GitHub Pages index simplified for a TL;DR flow: install → copy sample → build/run.

• internal/cli/root.go: add robust default config resolution; expand ~/env; document defaults.
• internal/cli/build.go: use resolveConfig(); updated Long/Example; keep per-target plan+merge.
• internal/cli/run.go: use resolveConfig(); document precedence -c > CONFB_CONFIG > default.
• internal/cli/validate.go: use resolveConfig(); add --trace/--list examples.
• README.md: quick start now uses confb build / confb run without -c.
• docs/index.md: concise landing with the same defaults and TL;DR.

Create your config and go:

cp ~/.config/confb/confb.sample.yaml ~/.config/confb/confb.yaml
confb build
confb run --verbose
# optional:

Default config path: ~/.config/confb/confb.yaml. Override with -c or CONFB_CONFIG.
