Phonebooks 📇

Push a searchable directory to your Grandstream and Yealink desk phones — no more typing contacts into each phone by hand.

What you can do

• Create phonebooks from your internal extensions, your own contacts, or both.
• Add contacts (name + number) right on the phonebook page — each phonebook keeps its own list.
• Set an account default so every phone gets one directory automatically, or assign specific phonebooks per device on the new device Phonebook tab.
• Preview exactly what a phone will download before it goes out.
