ARPL working with the Gen8 and Intel 520 SFP+

ARPL Releases that is working great with gen 8 Microserver and Intel 520 SFP+
1.03b <--best Release need CPU Governor Command for full Performance see below

with this Release the ixgbe driver is running sucessfully
You have to set in the Taskmanager boot DSM with the root user a new Role that CPU has high Frequencies only for 1.03b with 1.11 and 1.13 this task is not needed
