Native Fyne GUI replaces the console UI: drag files/folders onto the window (or use the file/folder picker buttons), review the queue, click Start, watch live progress and a scrolling log, done.

  • In-app auto-update: checks GitHub Releases on startup, downloads and SHA256-verifies before installing.
  • Localized to Russian/English (auto-detected from Windows).
  • Engine itself unchanged from earlier releases (scan -> wipe -> cleanup -> TRIM, adaptive passes, Shellbags/RecentDocs/Prefetch cleanup).

ShredFiles-Admin.zip - requires Administrator (needed for the TRIM/free-space-wipe media phase).
ShredFiles-NoAdmin.zip - runs as a normal user, core wiping unchanged.

Verify downloads against SHA256SUMS.txt.
