Per-device Ignore List – have a second mouse or touchpad that you don't want filtered? Move the cursor with that device and check "Ignore this device" in the settings UI. The setting is saved permanently and survives reboots.
Remote Desktop Support – controlling this PC via RDP and double-clicks aren't working? Enable the new option in the UI to disable click filtering during remote sessions.
