Clicker Genesis v0.3.3 — Windows + macOS + Android

First release with three platforms at once — Windows, macOS, and a first Android build for phone testing.

Compatibility

macOS and Windows builds are desktop mouse/keyboard builds (not touch-adapted yet). The Android build is the first mobile test pass — expect rough edges on touch input and small-screen layout, this is for testing, not a polished mobile release yet.

macOS note: this build is unsigned/unnotarized (no Apple Developer account in this pipeline yet), so Gatekeeper will block the first launch. Right-click the app → Open once to bypass it — this is expected for an indie unsigned build, not broken packaging.

Managers tab redesign (bugs #54/#55/#56)

  • The buy button on every Manager row now shows only "Owned" / "Free" / a real Ink cost — never lock-reason text again.
  • Every unmet requirement (scribe tier unlocked, manager's own verse reached, level reached) now shows as its own color-coded line under the manager's name — green when satisfied, red when not — all shown at once instead of the old logic that only ever surfaced one blocking reason.
  • Root-caused and fixed a real layout bug: the Managers tab's scroll viewport had broken anchors, which was silently breaking the scroll bounds and cutting off the bottom row.

New Support tab

Submanagers (Seth, Methuselah, Hagar, and 16 others) moved out of the Managers tab into their own dedicated Support tab — same color-coded requirement-line pattern, decluttering the Managers list.

Skill Tree fixes (bug #57)

  • The Reset button's tooltip no longer overflows its box and collides with the Grace label and title — real TMP auto-sizing fix, plus a larger description box for better readability.
  • New nebula skybox backdrop replacing the old flat solid-color background.

Under the hood

  • macOS Build Support installed and verified working (needed one Editor restart to fully register — noted for future reference).
  • Android Build Support verified with a real Gradle release build.
  • Full Old Testament Bible Character Index (39 books) plus the first New Testament book (Matthew) are now bundled in the build, ahead of the per-character verse-gating feature that will consume them.

How to run

  • Windows: unzip and run ClickerGenesis.exe.
  • macOS: unzip, then right-click ClickerGenesis.app → Open (first launch only, see Gatekeeper note above).
  • Android: download the .apk directly to your device and install (you'll need to allow installs from this source in Android settings — this is a test build, not from the Play Store).
