@neornotl neornotl released this 26 Aug 09:20

Post-submission pilot release integrating OpenVINO CPU into local E5-small hybrid retrieval. The one-file installer downloads the local E5 model, exports OpenVINO IR, builds the dense cache, and requires an OpenVINO query probe during preflight. Explicit OpenVINO mode fails closed; source auto mode retains a PyTorch fallback. This does not claim improved legal accuracy or acceleration of LLM, ASR, or TTS. Tested: 39 targeted tests, installer dry-run, real IR inference/parity, and isolated EXE extraction. SHA-256: 2082842E45A378B511EF131B9CBD0EFC438158875571405DB1D68CB2C12FC27C
