deprecation notice showing despite no `require('lspconfig')` in config (SOLVED: caused by tailwind-tools.nvim)

Description

Updated all my plugins today and seeing this message on Neovim startup:

The `require('lspconfig')` "framework" is deprecated, use vim.lsp.config (see :help lspconfig-nvim-0.11) instead.
Feature will be removed in nvim-lspconfig v3.0.0

There is no require('lspconfig') anywhere in my config. I have everything updated to the newest version (using Paq as plugin manager). This is the part of the config relevant to LSP:

Are you sure 'mason-lspconfig' is not triggering it ?

Something in your env must be calling this line:

nvim-lspconfig/lua/lspconfig.lua

Had an identical issue - used Justin's tip to get a backtrace and it's caused by the tailwind-tools.nvim plugin you're using (I was too). https://github.com/luckasRanarison/tailwind-tools.nvim Unfortunately, it looks like the author has archived the repo. I am looking for an alternative tailwind plugin in the meantime.

For anyone else coming along, I got this error without using tailwind but solved it by following this blog post to migrate to the new system as I figured I'd have to anyway at some point. Hat tip to the author.
