Fixed focus monitor and improved refueling threshold setting via options menu. Default is now 200.

Note: The Carrier Adminstration Part will probably not work due to missing API key. In case you do want to use that part too I would suggest waiting until my fork is merged on the upstream repo or building from my fork on your own.
