OS2Host lets you run un-modified OS/2 binaries* on Windows

Primarly focused on the Microsoft OS/2 2.0 Beta Release 6 / 6.78 . At this point many SDK Presentation Manager samples are running! SarienPM runs! DosBeep is even emulated!

OS2Host32 expects to be installed to the c:\os2 directory. Yes the c: drive, and yes on the root. You will need to activate the path with the included. c:\os2\env.cmd . From there, you can run cmd32os2, a 32bit native CMD replacement. From there you are now in 'OS/2'

c:\os2>cmd32os2.exe
OS/2 CMD32 personality bootstrap (M29P1)
M29P1: filesystem/small-stack pass + deterministic native stdio ordering.
External .EXE execution is routed through DOSCALLS.283 -> OS2HOST32.
[C:\os2>]

From there, you can enter the demos directory and try some stuff out.

CMD does have command completion (tab), and command history!
