v0.43.0 - MCP tools for world and story creation

Qwen and I have added an MCP server for creating worlds and stories, which can then be saved and played as per usual.
This means you can either use an agent tool, or your favorite LLM frontend to discuss and formalize a world, which gives you a lot more freedom and power than the old Anything story (which might still be better for surprises).

Possible use cases:

• You have a regular RP story that you would like to explore in a more structured way. Tell the LLM to convert its locations, characters and setting to a LlamaTale story.
• You want to talk about things and engage in world building without having to write the json yourself. Maybe tell the LLM to slip in some surprises it doesn't tell you about.
