What is new in 1.7.1-rc.1

Plain dependencies could report current wiring after shim exports were added later, even though those exports had not been applied. A bare git-a2a wire [ID] now applies the late shim exports, and init refuses to replace either existing manifest spelling with a clear recovery instruction. Existing manifests are never overwritten implicitly, and the README, specification overview, landing page, and design prototype now derive their enumerable integration claims from one drift-checked registry.

Bug fixes

• Apply shim exports added after a plain dependency was locked before reporting wiring is current.
• Refuse init and init --answers when a2amodule.yml or a2amodule.yaml already exists.
• Install the pinned HINT compiler in Static site CI so generated contact-kind facts are verified on Linux.

Documentation

• Generate native ecosystems, build systems, harnesses, distribution channels, contact kinds, and standards across the README, specification, landing page, and design source.
• Fail both documentation and site checks when those facts drift from adapters, setup harnesses, or normative contact kinds.
