Fix

Sync prize hold tickets on block checkout / Store API (woocommerce_store_api_checkout_order_processed) as well as classic checkout, so held instant-win ticket numbers are not assigned when orders use Cart/Checkout blocks or Store API gateways (e.g. woo-wallet).
