Version 2.6 Release "Bait and Tackle"

Should be the final build (famous last words), chased the last of the moths and logic errors out of the code (gotcha situations where the script could not see a changed file, or a situation where it kept triggering on files that were 100% unaltered).

Color support was added in 2.5 and enhanced in 2.6.

Generally cleaning and enhancing of comments, etc.
