ciso.exe rollup

This is a rollup release that includes all changes made so far as PRs on the master repo. It's basically my master script I use everyday. The .exe is Win7+ 64-bit compatible. Just drag-drop ISO files onto the .exe and it will compress them into folders for you and generate a default.xbe. You can drag-drop multiple ISO files, too.
