- v1.3.0: zone-only mode (community request)
New settings checkbox 'Only show on ' (localized, off by default —
current behavior unchanged): when on, the panel hides and the ready-check
alert stays silent while the player is away from the Coiled Isle or its
sub-maps. The alert key is deliberately not recorded while suppressed, so
entering the zone mid-surge still alerts. ZONE_CHANGED_NEW_AREA now
triggers a rebuild so visibility and the zone-entry alert react promptly.
Also /surge zoneonly on|off.
