Changelog:
-Simplified Pantheon waypoints, removing some redundancies and making them more efficient.
-Fixed RSM interop bug where particular settings wouldn't be properly saved/loaded.
-Added more constraints to bindings locations, to avoid enforcing them too early on users without combat skips enabled.
-Removed NKG journal entry from Godhome as an option since it's not provided there.
-Added GPZ in Godhome as a possible source for Zoteling journal entries.
-Added Satchel as a dependency to Modlinks, as the code uses it.
