• Changes
  • Raise the HTTP response header limit to 64 KiB so artifact downloads work
    with servers that return large headers. (@georgeguimaraes)
  • Use TLS 1.2 for artifact downloads to avoid connection resets on networks
    with middleboxes that don't support TLS 1.3.
  • Report a missing ERTS_DIR environment variable explicitly instead of
    passing nil to Mix and causing a cryptic release configuration error.
