I don't see any button to upvote a cart on the website. Am I missing something, or is my account just too new in some way? I can see that carts uploaded today get upvotes, so I'm wondering if voting is a privilege that comes to established accounts or devs who upload. Can anyone help me understand how it's supposed to work? Clicking the little tic-80 compy with the heart eyes does nothing. Using the magic of View Source, I can see there's some JavaScript code that would do a POST to /ajax with parameters if there was a

Good question. I once wondered the same. But currently it is showing for me. My guess is that it shows up to accounts that have uploaded a cart.
