Harness v2.13.1

Changes

  • feat(chat): /model slash command for switching models mid-session (#211)
  • Compare prunable fields in worktreeListsEqual so stale badges aren't deduped away
  • Preserve prior worktrees for a repo whose listWorktrees threw
  • Retry fs.watch attach on subsequent ensure() so an initial race isn't sticky
  • Halve the changed-files fallback poll from 60s to 30s
  • Always show Staged/Unstaged headers in Changed Files (not only when mixed)
  • Add real-fs integration test for linked-worktree changed-files invalidation
  • Merge BranchSyncWatcher into WorktreeWatcher (one gitdir handle, two consumers)
  • Re-sync worktree branch labels on HEAD change (fix stuck "rebasing N/M")
  • refactor(agents): move session-ID extraction into per-agent modules
  • feat(models): add Claude Opus 5 to known models and pricing table
