  • Schema v2 — bitemporal records: valid-time window (valid_at_ms / invalid_at_ms) separate from transaction time; half-open [valid_at_ms, invalid_at_ms), open end = still valid (SCH-02).
  • Point-in-time queries: IQL v2 AS OF <unix-ms> + as_of_ms / valid_window in search/list (SCH-03).
  • Per-record confidence: confidence_class (asserted | derived), confidence, last_validated_at_ms, derived_from; min_confidence filter (SCH-04).
  • Quarantine: excluded by default, include_quarantined opt-in; sticky, never auto-promotes; review deadline is a signal only (SCH-05).
