Win-CodexBar 0.32.2

Windows port of upstream CodexBar v0.32.2.

What's changed

  • Faster local Codex token-cost scanning for large session log folders. Win-CodexBar now uses a lightweight JSONL fast path for common Codex token_count records before falling back to the full parser.
  • More comfortable compact tray card spacing, matching the upstream account/plan row polish from CodexBar 0.32.2.
  • Added regression coverage for current Codex token-count log shapes, including last_token_usage, total_token_usage, and legacy event_msg payloads.
