Introducing a new Radius module that includes a built-in Radius server along with a WebGUI for Open Beta Test (OBT). Our newly branded netVision combining Router manager and Radius manager is designed to provide an all-in-one solution for small/medium ISPs, MDU use cases, new customer evaluations, etc.. We will be adding more features in the new Radius management module and welcome all feedback during the OBT phase. The initial release of the Radius management module comes with below features:
A table for Radius users management under Radius->Users page, with all netElastic supported public/private attributes pre-populated during user creation/editing.
Support injecting Radius users info from csv files for bulk import purpose.
A table for NAS management under Radius -> NAS page.
A table for display accounting records under Radius -> Accounting Records page.
A table for display authentication results under Radius -> Authentication Records page.
Support searching and filtering in Users, Accounting Records, and Authentication Records pages, with partial matching supported in certain criteria like username.
Note: You can choose not to install the Radius management module by adding “--noRadius” option in the installation command. The entire Radius management module may require additional 1G RAM and 1~2 CPU cores to run smoothly for certain use cases depending on the number of Radius DB entries.
Add new monitor events for NAT usage per rule, BGP neighbor status and OSPF neighbor status.
Add support for DHCPv6 detail display under Operations -> Access -> DHCPv6 Details page.
Add support for searching subscribers by IPv6-Address in Operations -> Access -> Subscribers page.
Optimize the Dashboard display under Operations -> Summary -> Overview page by adding more detailed license info with an easy COPY button for SN.
Add an additional curve for root volume usage in the Disk Usage chart under Operations -> Summary -> Resources -> General page.
Optimize the RBAC behavior and add support for the new Radius section in the Role Group configuration.
Add the auto-update in the live chart of Key Processes of Operations -> Summary -> Resources section.
Fix bugs and Optimize UI displays in miscellaneous places including Packet filter configuration, IPv6 Address Pool configuration, Role Group configuration, NAT Status view, etc..
