• Timezone-aware cron schedules — Cron reminders now accept the Vixie CRON_TZ=<IANA-zone> prefix, so schedules evaluate DST-aware in a chosen time zone; expressions without the prefix still run in UTC, and unknown or Windows-style zones fail with IANA guidance (#1789)
• Netclaw identity shown on MCP OAuth consent screens — RFC 7591 dynamic client registration now sends client_uri and logo_uri, so authorization servers render a recognizable Netclaw consent screen instead of a bare client name (#1877)
• skill list shows MCP prompt skills — The CLI now reads the daemon's live skill registry via a new GET /api/skills endpoint, so dynamic MCP prompt skills appear in listings; the command now requires the daemon and reports "Daemon unavailable" instead of silently degrading (#1891)
• Reminder scheduling failures surface loudly — Post-fire rescheduling and startup-reconcile failures now emit a ReminderScheduleFailed warning, count toward the auto-disable threshold, and trigger the Critical alert plus channel notice on disable — a reminder can no longer silently stay enabled and never fire (#1886)

Bug Fixes

• Unknown Bash argument data no longer blocks safe commands — The approval analyzer treats unresolved parameter expansion as structurally safe when ShellSyntaxTree classifies it as a non-path argument; dynamic command identities, paths, redirects, and substitutions still fail closed (#1875)

• General shell approval analysis required — Constitution-only change prohibiting executable-specific parsing in the approval layer; unresolved inputs stay strict when general shell facts are unavailable (#1874)
