Adds six Experimental industrial protocol pairs, available in the native distribution bundles:

  • OPC UA: device address space, browse/read/write, methods, and subscriptions. Anonymous access with the None/None security policy.
  • BACnet/IP: discovery and typed property reads/writes with BACnet errors. Unsegmented local UDP; no COV or BBMD.
  • DNP3: outstation/master, typed static measurements and timestamped events, class polling, and binary direct-operate. Self-contained Rust codec; no commercial library dependency.
  • IEC 60870-5-104: controlled/controlling stations, interrogation, telemetry, direct commands, sequence windows, and timers.
  • EtherNet/IP CIP: adapter/scanner discovery and selected explicit object messaging. Cyclic I/O is outside this release's scope.
  • S7comm: PLC simulator/client with TPKT/COTP, selected legacy data-area reads/writes, and protocol errors.

Each pair has registered server and client roles, documented selected operations and exclusions, and mandatory independent-peer tests. Verification includes 27 protocol tests covering peer interoperability, negative cases, and lifecycle behavior; six standalone feature builds; blocking all-target clippy; and shared regression checks. Version 0.3.2 includes native Windows Perl selection for vendored OpenSSL, static XZ linking, and a macOS runtime-library audit. Versions 0.3.0 and 0.3.1 were not published to npm. The updated protocol catalog is live at https://netget.net/.
