Redo add source/sink/route pages

• Fix selecting remote sinks and showing current remote server/sink
• Fix labels
• Fix layout
• Fix not showing current settings when reopened when set to system audio
• Add GUID display
  Fix buffer clamping so audio doesn't endlessly drift into the past
  Add another resampler/PI controller between sink output mixer and alsa/wasapi to try to avoid x-runs
  Add option to set target buffer time in ms, set max chunks queued up for mixer to emit
  Fix resampling PI controller to include audio between source input processor and sink output mixer in time calculations
  Fix missing 32-bit endian conversion on RTP causing static
