Creates the single-use, time-limited secret that an appliance uses to register itself with Nimbra Edge.
The token endpoint takes a realm, so expose it as --type edge|core rather than hardcoding edge. Core secrets are only accepted for the system group, so default --group to that instead of the group of the current user.
Connects to an edge-os appliance and points it at this Nimbra Edge installation using a freshly minted appliance token. Credentials for the appliance are prompted for when running interactively, defaulting to the admin user, or taken from EDGE_APPLIANCE_USER and EDGE_APPLIANCE_PASSWORD. The appliance API is not the Edge API, so its client lives here rather than in edge.rs.
Pass --type core to register a device as a core video appliance rather than an edge one, mirroring the flag on the token subcommand. The realm decides both the secret and the role the appliance is configured with, and core registrations default to the system group for the same reason core secrets do.
