Add a simple import version and update LICENSE

News:

• For usage, I'm using a MIT License custom, check if you want to use!
• I've just added a not ANSI C but fast import version from clocktime.h, implementation is in header file, just download and use it!

New patch fixing bug in new function.

The function to generate the date as a string had a bug, caused by the CDATE struct. Got corrected.

First version stable

This is the first version for the abstraction.
To use in your project, copy the header and the .o filem then link and compile.

Example with gcc:
gcc -o main main.c clocktime.o
