Redesigns the JEBAO Setup calibration panel based on the pump assistant handoff.\n\nChanges:\n- Replaces the old calibration panel UI with the four-step flow wizard.\n- Adds live flow preview behavior for normal and feeding speed calibration.\n- Shows a normal-speed reference marker while adjusting feeding speed.\n- Saves setpoints during the flow and restores normal speed when finishing.\n- Updates README calibration panel documentation.
