Fixes the JEBAO Setup custom panel navigation in the Home Assistant Companion App.\n\nChanges:\n- Adds a mobile/narrow-only sidebar menu button to the calibration panel.\n- Dispatches the Home Assistant hass-toggle-menu event with bubbles and composed enabled so it works from the panel shadow DOM.\n- Keeps the desktop layout unchanged.\n- Bumps the panel asset version to avoid cached frontend code.
