Adds a safety warning before entering feeding calibration.\n\nChanges:\n- Shows a red alert dialog when leaving normal-speed calibration for feeding-speed calibration.\n- Warns that the next step reduces pump speed and asks the user to stay near the aquarium.\n- Feeding speed is only applied after explicit confirmation.\n- Bumps the panel asset version to avoid cached frontend code.
