- Declare customs values for USA and Puerto Rico shipments in USD, converted from EUR at DHL's fixed rate of 0.85 EUR/USD, so that module, DHL, and US customs evaluate the same value at the pDDP thresholds and shipments near the thresholds are no longer returned.
