Version-parity checks no longer flag a version key placed at the top level of SKILL.md frontmatter, plus new release and retirement guidance.

  • Parity: a top-level version key in SKILL.md frontmatter is now accepted, so correctly-versioned skills no longer trip a false parity error.
  • Release guidance: git-dir resolution now covers .bare/main worktree layouts, with added gotchas for multi-repo fleet sweeps.
  • Retirement: new reference and checkpoint for retiring a skill.
  • Maintenance: CI and dependency updates, including a silenced cache-glob warning for callers without dependency files.
