Highlights

Patch release for TYPO3 13.4 and 14.3, no new features. Updating is recommended for every installation where non-admin backend users edit pages or content elements.

Bug fixes

• Context settings follow the field permission. Context settings submitted with a page or content element are saved only when the backend user has the permission for the context settings field, which is an exclude field like any other, and only for the record they were submitted with. Admins and users with the permission see no change. (#205 by @CybotTM)
• Leading-dot domain patterns match on a label boundary. A pattern such as .example.org matches example.org and its subdomains, and no longer every host that ends in the same characters, such as notexample.org. (#203 by @CybotTM)
• IpContext checks for an empty address list directly; matching is unchanged, and PHPStan 2.3.0 passes again. (#204 by @CybotTM)

Maintenance

• @license docblocks state the declared licence, AGPL-3.0-or-later, and source files carry SPDX licence and copyright notices; a security assurance case (docs/SECURITY-ASSURANCE.md) and .bestpractices.json were added. (#200, #203 by @CybotTM)
• The bundled Tests/phpunit.phar (#203) and the Dependabot configuration (#196) were removed; Renovate updates the dependencies. The shared test runner (#187) and the organisation's TYPO3 extension CI template (#197, #198, #202) were adopted, all by @CybotTM.
